Our goals are a reflection of what we would like to have or what we would like to stop experiencing. Yet without fully understanding these underlying desires we may chase the wrong things all year.
On Monday I encouraged you to come up with one word that describes your intention for the year, ( If you missed that post you can take a moment now to do that) and now I would like you to think of what that means exactly for you. What is it that you want more of or less of this year?
Managing your finances better could help you pay off your debt or it could allow you to have the security of savings. Better time management could save you from a second written warning or it could simply allow you to have more time to do the things you love. What exactly do you want to have more of or less of with your intention for this year?
For me, in the year of #QueeningIt I would like to stop always being anxious from constantly worrying about past mistakes or upcoming tasks and start enjoying more of the abundance in my life by being present and mindful .
